Quick Zucchini Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onions.
  • 2.   Melt them in butter.
  • 3.   Grate 4 zucchinis with their skin.
  • 4.   Add them to the onions.
  • 5.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • 6.   Mix grated gruyère cheese, eggs, fresh cream, then season with salt and pepper.
  • 7.   Put the zucchinis in a dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 sprig of butter
