1. Quickly brown the bacon slices, about 3 minutes, flipping them halfway through, in a non-stick skillet. Place the slices on paper towels and drain them well.
2. Spread each wrap with tomato chutney. Place 2 slices of bacon and 1 slice of ham on top, then 2 slices of gruyère cheese. Spread the chopped eggs on one end of each wrap. Roll the wraps tightly.
3. Wrap the rolls tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Just before serving, cut the rolls diagonally into thirds and place them on plates.
