Avocado Cream Wraps

Very fresh wraps with avocado, cucumber, and speck... Perfect for a quick and healthy lunch!

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the cucumber into thin slices. Finely chop the lettuce.
  • 2.   Prepare the avocado cream: cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, peel them, and cut the flesh into small cubes. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, along with lemon juice, salt, pepper, chopped basil, and cream cheese. If you prefer a smoother cream, blend the mixture.
  • 3.   Spread the tortillas with avocado cream, then place a few cucumber slices, a slice of speck, and some lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
  • 4.   Fold the wrap: fold the two sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up.
  • 5.   Cut the wraps in half, then enjoy!

  • 2 avocados
  • 150 g of Philadelphia
  • 5 cl of lemon juice
  • 5 g of basil
  • 4 leaf of lettuce
