Instructions

  • 1.   Peel your carrots and cook them in a large amount of water with vegetable broth.
  • 2.   Once the carrots are cooked, blend them.
  • 3.   Add a little butter, turmeric, honey, salt, and Espelette pepper.
  • 4.   Finish with a spoonful of cream to make the texture creamier.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Opt for soy cream if desired.
