Potato Salad with Comté Cheese and Walnuts

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the peeled potatoes in salted boiling water for 25 minutes; drain them, then cut them into thick slices.
  • 2.   Also cut the Bayonne ham into strips and finely chop the onion.
  • 3.   Coarsely chop the walnut kernels and cut thin slices of Comté cheese.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, mix all these ingredients with the vinaigrette and serve as is or in plates.
