. In a bowl, mix the flour with olive oil.

. Add the water and salt, then mix. First with a fork, then with your hands.

. When you have obtained a nice, homogeneous dough ball, let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

. Take your dough out of the fridge and flour your work surface.

. Roll out your pastry, it's ready!
