Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Peel and chop the onion.
  • 3.   Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and white part, then cut them into small squares. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, then grate them coarsely.
  • 4.   Melt the onion in the oil. Add the peppers. Let them cook for 5 minutes. Then add the paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Mix everything well and let it cool.
  • 6.   Unroll the dough in the tart pan.
  • 7.   Remove the parsley leaves and chop them.
  • 8.   Beat the 2 eggs with the grated cheese and parsley. Incorporate this mixture into the vegetable preparation.
  • 9.   Spread the filling on the bottom of the tart.
  • 10.   Bake in the lower part of the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Unmold the tart onto a serving dish and serve it hot.
