Instructions
1. Slice the onions. Crush the garlic cloves. Finely chop the carrot and celery.
2. Sauté the garlic cloves and onions in a little olive oil.
3. then add the meat and sauté everything.
4. Add the chopped carrot and celery stalk.
5. Add the tomato puree, water, and herbs.
6. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Grease the lasagna dish. Place a thin layer of cottage cheese, then lasagna sheets, bolognese sauce, cottage cheese, and grated emmental cheese, repeating this process 3 times.
8. On the last layer of lasagna sheets, only add cottage cheese and cover with grated cheese.
9. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
