Tomato and sardine open-faced sandwiches

Instructions

  • 1.   Drain the sardines, open them in half and remove the central bone.
  • 2.   Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly.
  • 3.   Toast the slices in a toaster or in the oven. Spread mustard on them. Arrange tomato slices, sprouts, and sardines on top.
  • 4.   Enjoy immediately.

  • 200 g of canned sardine
  • 2 tablespoon of mustard
