Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the leeks in half and then into sections. Wash thoroughly.
  • 2.   Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the leeks, mix, cover, and cook over very low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   Season to taste (salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard, cream, curry...) and mix well.
  • 4.   Cover and let cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
