Chicken with Cashews and Bell Peppers

Instructions

  • 1.   Toast the cashews for a few seconds.

    Remove the garlic germ, finely chop the garlic and onion.

    Mince the garlic and onion.
  • 2.   Pour olive oil into a casserole dish. When it is warm, add the garlic and onion and let them gently brown for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Place the Chinese noodles in boiling water, cover for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
  • 4.   Add the chicken, bell peppers in strips, tomato paste, broth, and soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 35 minutes covered. In the last 5 minutes, add the cashews, noodles, and remove the lid.
  • 5.   Before serving, add the cilantro and lemon juice.

  • 12 g of fresh coriander
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 100 g of cashew nut
  • 1 onion
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 250 ml of chicken broth

  • 600 g of noodle
