1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Bring 25 cl (1 cup) of water to a boil with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the zucchini into the saucepan and let it boil for 2 minutes. Then, sprinkle the semolina over it. Cook for one minute while stirring. Remove from heat.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the zucchini-semolina preparation. Mix everything well. Pour into a non-stick quiche dish and bake for 30 minutes. This tart can be enjoyed hot or cold.
