Instructions

  • 1.   1. Bring 3 liters of water to a boil with the bouillon cubes and star anise. Meanwhile, cut the meat into cubes.
  • 2.   2. Place the chicken in the boiling water. After 5 minutes, add the fish sauce, minced garlic, finely sliced onions, and julienned vegetables. 5 minutes later, add the drained canned vegetables and finish with the noodles.
  • 3.   3. Let it cook for another 3 minutes. Serve in individual bowls after seasoning with pepper and adding some chopped herbs.
