1. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Peel and grate the ginger.
2. Shell the shrimp. Wash and dry the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes.
3. Peel and thinly slice the kohlrabi, wash and drain it.
4. Heat the oil in the wok, sauté the onions with the shrimp, then add the bell pepper cubes and garlic, as well as the soy sauce, sugar, and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the sliced kohlrabi and crushed peanuts. Cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Before serving, finely chop the cilantro over the dish.
