Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in salted water. Slice the celery.
  • 2.   Sear the chicken, cut into cubes, with butter in a casserole dish. Add minced garlic and onion, celery, raisins, sour cream, chicken broth, curry, salt, and pepper. Cover and let cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
  • 3.   Cook the rice for 15 minutes in lightly salted water. Peel and dice the apple. Peel the potatoes and slice them.
  • 4.   Add them to the curry 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve it with the drained and still hot rice.

  • 25 cl of chicken broth
  • 250 g of basmati rice
  • 3 small potato
  • 1 apple
  • 10 cl of sour cream
  • 40 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
