Frozen yogurt with cookies and fruits or chocolate

The flavors depend on your taste, red fruits, exotic fruits, chocolate/coconut or all chocolate (chocolate chips instead of fruits and chocolate sauce), all combinations are possible. The cookies can also be replaced with seeds or granola.

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix yogurt, cottage cheese, and honey.
  • 2.   Place parchment paper on a baking sheet for the oven.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture from the bowl onto the parchment paper evenly.
  • 4.   Cut or crumble the cookies and sprinkle them over the mixture.
  • 5.   Scatter the fruits over the mixture.
  • 6.   Put the mixture in the freezer for at least 60 minutes.
  • 7.   Prepare the fruit sauce (to be used as a topping for the frozen yogurt). If it is frozen, prepare it before taking the mixture out of the freezer and let it cool.
  • 8.   Once set (usually 60 minutes), take the frozen yogurt out of the freezer.
    Break it into medium-sized pieces.
  • 9.   Arrange in ramekins, pour the fruit sauce on top, and enjoy.

  • 350 g of sheep's milk white cheese
  • 3 sheep yogurts
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 3 cookies
  • 250 g of frozen or fresh fruit
  • 1 bag of fruit coulis
