1. Slice the zucchini into rounds, sauté them with a little olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add the minced onion and sweat for 5 minutes.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 individual casseroles, with thyme and pine nuts.
4. Heat the Tartare® with milk over low heat, pour over the casseroles and bake for 8 minutes at 210°C (Th.7).
