Instructions

. Soak the chicken in vinegar, soy sauce, and couscous spices for at least 20 minutes.

. In a large pot, add a drizzle of olive oil. When the oil is hot, sear the chicken thighs with the minced onion.

. After searing, add the spices. Cook over medium heat. Mix everything well.

. Add the tomato puree.

. Finish by adding 2 tablespoons of honey. For those who want a sweeter taste, you can add up to 4 tablespoons.

. Let simmer for 1 hour over low heat.

. Be careful, check the sauce every 15 minutes and don't hesitate to add water, spices, or honey.
