3. Crack an egg into each nest and sprinkle with a little pepper, salt, and parsley (to taste).
4. Bake for about fifteen minutes, until the egg is cooked.
5. In a bowl, mix the fruit, muesli, yogurt (or cottage cheese), honey, and almonds (add a little cinnamon to taste).
