Bacon nest eggs Fruit yogurt

Instructions

  • 1.   Grease the bottom of your muffin tin and preheat the oven to 200º
  • 2.   Cover the bottom of your muffin tin with 2 slices of bacon (can be replaced with ham).
  • 3.   Crack an egg into each nest and sprinkle with a little pepper, salt, and parsley (to taste).
  • 4.   Bake for about fifteen minutes, until the egg is cooked.
  • 5.   In a bowl, mix the fruit, muesli, yogurt (or cottage cheese), honey, and almonds (add a little cinnamon to taste).

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 1 cup of little Swiss
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 150 g of fruit
  • 30 g of unsweetened muesli
  • 10 almonds
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
