Spinach Express Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 6/7). Blanch the spinach leaves for 2 minutes in salted boiling water, then drain them well.
  • 2.   Place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them with cream cheese, distribute the spinach, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • 3.   Crack the eggs in the center, sprinkle with cheddar, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Place the thinly sliced lean ham on the hot pizzas, just out of the oven. Serve.

  • 8 slice of defatted ham
  • 250 g of fresh spinach
  • 2 organic egg
  • 200 g of low-fat fresh cheese
  • 50 g of grated cheddar
  • 2 wheat tortilla
  • 1 nutmeg
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
