1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 6/7). Blanch the spinach leaves for 2 minutes in salted boiling water, then drain them well.
2. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them with cream cheese, distribute the spinach, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
3. Crack the eggs in the center, sprinkle with cheddar, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Place the thinly sliced lean ham on the hot pizzas, just out of the oven. Serve.
