1. Peel and finely chop the onion and shallot.
2. Peel, core, and cut the apples into small pieces. Set aside.
3. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
4. Heat the oil in a casserole dish, then add the onion and shallot and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
5. When they are golden brown, add the chicken pieces and apples and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Then add the coconut cream, reduce the heat, and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring well.
7. Add the curry powder, a bit of chili, salt, and pepper, and stir vigorously. Finish by cooking for another 5 minutes.
8. Serve immediately with plain white rice.
