GRILLED HAM GNOCCHI WITH GARLIC, MINT, AND CORIANDER

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic.
  • 3.   Clean and finely chop the mint and coriander.
  • 4.   Cut the ham into pieces.
  • 5.   Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.
  • 6.   Sauté the chopped garlic and ham pieces until the ham is well grilled.
  • 7.   When the gnocchi is cooked, remove them from the pot using a slotted spoon and add them to the skillet.
  • 8.   Add the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring well, until the gnocchi are golden brown.

  • 4 garlics
  • ½ bunch of fresh mint
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
