Tomato and Feta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  • 2.   Slice the shallot and add it to the tomatoes.
  • 3.   Drain the feta. Keep a little bit of the oil.
  • 4.   Mix it with the tomatoes. Add the reserved oil from the feta jar, the vinegar.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper.

  • 1 cup of feta with olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
