Honey and Mustard Cod Fillet
The honey and mustard marinade is versatile and can be used to marinate different types of fish.

. Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Cover the grill with aluminum foil. Mix the marinade ingredients (honey, wine, olive oil, and mustard).

. Brush the fish with the marinade and cook it on both sides for 5-6 minutes. During cooking, regularly baste it with the marinade.

. Reheat the roasted potatoes in a pan.

. Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad with halved cherry tomatoes and drizzled with 4 teaspoons of light vinaigrette.
