Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Line a 7-inch non-stick tart pan with the dough. Spread mustard over the dough. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
2. Cover with sliced tomatoes and add the remaining gruyère cheese. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, or Herbes de Provence.
