Instructions

  • 1.   The day before, cook the potatoes and eggs in a large pot of water. Let them cool.
  • 2.   Peel the potatoes and slice them.
  • 3.   Peel the eggs and slice them as well.
  • 4.   In a large salad bowl, mix the potatoes, eggs, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
