Instructions

  • 1.   Brown the pork. Add the dried fruits, eggs, honey, and spices.
  • 2.   To make the dough: dissolve the saffron in water. Incorporate the butter into the flour, then add the egg and water. Roll out into two discs.
  • 3.   Fill the pie crust and cover with the second disc. Bake for 45 minutes at 190°C.

  • 75 g of raisin
  • 75 g of date

  • 10 cl of water
  • 1 egg
  • 360 g of flour
  • 120 g of unsalted butter

  • pepper (according to taste)
