Zucchini Rustic Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Squeeze the garlic and sauté it in a pan with a little sesame oil.
  • 2.   2. Add your 3 zucchinis sliced into rounds.
  • 3.   3. While the zucchinis are reducing, place the dough in a tart pan and spread a generous layer of onion confit on the bottom. Again, there's never enough!
  • 4.   4. Once the zucchinis are well cooked, arrange them on your dough. For a rustic effect, fold the edges.
  • 5.   5. Sprinkle with cumin seeds and parmesan cheese.
  • 6.   6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
