Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • 2.   Place the vacuum-sealed salmon fillets in the boiling water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on whether they are fresh or frozen.
  • 3.   Allow to cool and refrigerate.
  • 4.   Unwrap the fillets, season with salt and pepper, and serve with a mayonnaise sauce.
