Honey and Ginger Veal Liver

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the minced garlic and ginger in sesame oil without letting it brown.
  • 2.   Add the slices of veal liver and cook for 30 seconds on each side.
  • 3.   Add honey and a little lime juice.
  • 4.   Reduce the sauce by flipping the liver to let it absorb the flavors.

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 small fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon of lime juice
  • salt (according to taste)
