Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • 2.   When the onion is golden, add the ground beef and cook thoroughly.
  • 3.   While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a sauté pan, slice the onion into strips, and add it to the oil.
  • 4.   Add the herbs de Provence, bay leaf, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes to the sauté pan and let it simmer for a while.
  • 5.   Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add salt, pepper, butter, and cheese.
  • 6.   Serve the pasta with the sauce on top.
