Salmon Burger, Cucumber Salad, and Wasabi Mayo

Instructions

  • 1.   Start with the cucumber salad: cut the cucumber into strips, then mix it with apple cider vinegar and pressed garlic clove.
  • 2.   Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Prepare the wasabi mayo: finely chop the parsley and mix it with the mayo and wasabi. Slice the ½ red onion.
  • 4.   Cook the salmon slices for 2 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the hamburger buns with wasabi mayo, then top them with a slice of salmon.
  • 5.   Garnish with cucumber salad and red onion.
