LIGHTENED LORRAINE QUICHE

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE DOUGH YOURSELF: 1/ knead 260g flour + 1 egg + 1 sheep yogurt + 1 tbsp water 2/ shape into a ball 3/ let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour

Instructions

  • 1.   preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F)
  • 2.   2 options for the dough: buy it ready-made OR make it yourself (see above)
  • 3.   Prepare the filling:
    1/ beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl
    2/ dissolve the cornstarch and cream in a separate bowl
    3/ mix the two slowly
    4/ add salt/pepper
  • 4.   place the dough in a dish
  • 5.   slice the grison meat into strips + place them at the bottom of the dish
  • 6.   cover with the filling
  • 7.   bake for 35 minutes

  • 150 g of Grisons meat
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 cl of oat milk
  • 10 cl of light cream (12-15%)
  • 2 tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 2 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 shortcrust pastry with pure butter (optional)
  • 1 sheep yogurt (optional)
  • 260 g of flour (optional)
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
