  • 1.   PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 210°C (410°F)
  • 2.   PEEL AND SLICE THE ZUCCHINI INTO ROUNDS
    COOK THEM IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 7 MINUTES IN A SEALED CONTAINER WITH 10 CL (3.4 FL OZ) OF WATER
  • 3.   PEEL AND CHOP THE GARLIC, PLACE IT AT THE BOTTOM OF A GRATIN DISH
  • 4.   BEAT EGGS, YOGURT, CUMIN, SALT, AND PEPPER IN A BOWL
  • 5.   CUT THE MOZZARELLA INTO CUBES
  • 6.   CHOP THE CHIVES AND ONIONS
  • 7.   ARRANGE THE COOKED ZUCCHINI ON TOP OF THE GARLIC
  • 8.   SPRINKLE WITH CHIVES AND ONIONS
  • 9.   COVER WITH THE EGG MIXTURE
  • 10.   PLACE THE MOZZARELLA ON TOP
  • 11.   BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES
