Instructions
1. Rinse the rice and cook it according to the instructions on the package. 3 to 4 minutes before the end of cooking, add the frozen peas to the pot. Drain everything.
2. Peel the shallots and sauté them in 1 tablespoon of oil.
3. Meanwhile, wash and dice the zucchini. Add them to the shallots and continue cooking.
4. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small pieces and sauté it in a second pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Halfway through cooking, add the shrimp, also cut into small pieces. Add the ground ginger.
5. Once everything is cooked, combine everything in a large pan: mix the chicken/shrimp with the zucchini/shallot mixture. Then add the rice and peas.
6. Add the soy sauce and pepper. Mix again.
