Instructions
1. Blend 90g (3/4 cup) of oat flakes to turn them into flour. Set aside.
2. In your blender, blend the fish cut into small pieces with the shallot, eggs, pesto, salt, and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix the obtained mixture with oat flour and add the 30g of oat flakes.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to facilitate shaping the balls (this is not mandatory).
4. Shape your 20 balls and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Meanwhile, prepare your mashed potatoes with:
▪️2 zucchinis.
▪️400g of frozen peas.
6. Wash, cut, and cook your zucchinis in a non-stick pan.
7. In parallel, cook your peas in boiling water.
8. Blend the cooked vegetables together and season.
9. In a shallow plate, arrange the mashed potatoes and place 5 balls on top.
