Instructions

  • 1.   For the bread dough, mix the flour, cottage cheese, yeast, and turmeric.
  • 2.   Roll out the dough on parchment paper.
  • 3.   Fill it (here with ham, grated carrot, and a little grated Gruyère cheese).
  • 4.   Fold the dough, close the edges tightly, and shape it like a sandwich.
  • 5.   Bake for 15 minutes at 210°C (410°F).
  • 6.   Serve with cucumber salad.
