Instructions
1. For the bread dough, mix the flour, cottage cheese, yeast, and turmeric.
2. Roll out the dough on parchment paper.
3. Fill it (here with ham, grated carrot, and a little grated Gruyère cheese).
4. Fold the dough, close the edges tightly, and shape it like a sandwich.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 210°C (410°F).
6. Serve with cucumber salad.
