Zucchini and Fresh Cheese Gratin with Mint

Instructions

  • 1.   Precook the zucchini, cut into small cubes, in a covered sauté pan with crushed garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   Mix the egg with the fresh cheese and chopped mint, then add the zucchini and mix well.
  • 3.   Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
