Instructions
1. Place the slice of ham on the chicken cutlet.
2. Prepare the filling by blending together grated gruyere cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, and parsley. Add a little water if necessary (1 to 2 tablespoons).
3. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on one end, fold it in 2 or 3 like a wallet, and seal the edges well so that the filling does not escape.
4. Roll the cordon bleu in flour, tap to remove the excess, then dip it in the egg and finally roll it in breadcrumbs to fully coat it.
5. There are 2 possible cooking methods:
➡️ 0 fat in the oven, bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, turning them halfway through cooking, then finish for 1 minute under the grill setting.
➡️ Or in 1 teaspoon of oil + 1 small knob of butter over medium heat in a frying pan (be careful, high heat can burn it quickly).
6. Serve with broccoli.
