Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchini into cubes
  • 2.   Cook them in a pan for 10 minutes with olive oil
  • 3.   Slice the garlic and basil. Dice the bell pepper
  • 4.   In a bowl, beat the eggs to make an omelette
  • 5.   Put the zucchini, garlic, basil, bell pepper, and eggs in a mold
  • 6.   Add cherry tomatoes
  • 7.   Bake everything in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F)
