Instructions

  • 1.   Place the slices of ham to braise in a pan with a knob of butter or a tablespoon of oil.
  • 2.   When it is golden, remove it.
  • 3.   In the pan (with the ham in a dish), add a tablespoon of mustard, white wine, and pepper.
  • 4.   Serve the hot slice of ham with the sauce on top. To decorate, you can arrange slices of pickles.

  • Serve with brown rice.
