2. Meanwhile, slice the chicken or turkey breast into strips, cut the chorizo into large pieces, and dice the bell pepper.
3. Shell the mussels and shrimp if necessary.
4. Pour the rice into a microwave-safe bowl, pour the broth over it, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the chicken, bell pepper, 100 grams of peas, and saffron.
6. Cook for 15 minutes at 750 watts.
7. Stir and add the seafood and chorizo on top.
