Quick Salmon Stew with Fragrant Spiced Couscous

Instructions

  • 1.   In a microwave-safe casserole dish, mix 30 cl of cold water, the packet of Fragrant Spiced Couscous, the smoked salmon cut into thin strips, and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
  • 2.   Heat the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes in the microwave (850 watts).
  • 3.   While it's cooking, prepare the cold sauce by mixing together the yogurt, lemon juice, minced chives, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Serve this cold sauce as an accompaniment to the simmered salmon with Fragrant Spiced Couscous.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the yogurt with Greek yogurt and heat it slightly. It's delicious!
