Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the milk and pour in the oatmeal flakes
  • 2.   Add salt and let it heat while stirring for 2 minutes
  • 3.   Beat the egg yolks in a bowl, add the cheese and mix
  • 4.   Add the egg and cheese mixture to the oatmeal flakes
  • 5.   Cook in a frying pan or griddle
