Zucchini and Brie Cream Soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the rind from the Brie to get 135 g.
  • 2.   In a saucepan, put all the ingredients in pieces.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the diced Brie.
  • 4.   Blend everything together.

  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • 135 g of brie
