PROVENCAL MEATBALLS IN SAUCE

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion and sauté it in a large saucepan with the butter.
  • 2.   Add the meatballs, the glass of water, and cook them until the water has evaporated.
  • 3.   Add the ratatouille, the herbs of Provence, salt, and pepper, and let it warm up for a few minutes before serving.
