1. Wash and cut the tops off 4 cluster tomatoes. Remove the seeds and juice. Season the inside with salt and pepper.
2. Peel and finely dice an onion. Cook it for 1 minute with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then add 200g of basmati rice and 400g of water. Season with salt and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
3. Add 6 portions of La vache qui rit, 1 yogurt, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander, 1 tablespoon of chopped tarragon, and 1 tablespoon of mint towards the end of cooking.
4. Stuff the tomatoes with the rice mixture and close them. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.
