1. Rinse and pat dry the fish. In a shallow dish, mix the juice of one lemon and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Dip the slices in the mixture, drain them, and coat them with flour.
2. Heat the butter and oil in a skillet and cook the slices for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. Discard the cooking fat.
3. Deglaze the skillet with the juice of one lemon and the remaining soy sauce. Season with pepper and pour over the fish.
