Soy-Glazed Cod

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse and pat dry the fish. In a shallow dish, mix the juice of one lemon and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Dip the slices in the mixture, drain them, and coat them with flour.
  • 2.   Heat the butter and oil in a skillet and cook the slices for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. Discard the cooking fat.
  • 3.   Deglaze the skillet with the juice of one lemon and the remaining soy sauce. Season with pepper and pour over the fish.

  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 25 g of butter
