Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the finely chopped onion and bacon separately in two pans with a little olive oil.
  • 2.   In a gratin dish, drizzle some olive oil and spread a layer of fresh pasta sheets as they are, half of the bacon, half of the onion, half of the liquid (cream + tomato sauce), and some herbs.
  • 3.   Continue with another layer of pasta sheets as before, then add the remaining ingredients, and finish with the last pasta sheets if there are any left.
  • 4.   Drizzle with a little olive oil and heavy cream.
  • 5.   Sprinkle grated cheese or another type of sliced cheese, similar to tartiflette.
  • 6.   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

  • 500 g of ravioli
  • 150 g of bacon cube
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 20 cl of tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch of Provence herb (optional)
  • parsley (according to taste)
