1. Sauté the finely chopped onion and bacon separately in two pans with a little olive oil.
2. In a gratin dish, drizzle some olive oil and spread a layer of fresh pasta sheets as they are, half of the bacon, half of the onion, half of the liquid (cream + tomato sauce), and some herbs.
3. Continue with another layer of pasta sheets as before, then add the remaining ingredients, and finish with the last pasta sheets if there are any left.
4. Drizzle with a little olive oil and heavy cream.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese or another type of sliced cheese, similar to tartiflette.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
