Lemon Spaghetti
The original recipe is made with grated Sbrinz AOP instead of Parmesan.

. Prepare all the ingredients.
In a saucepan, bring a large amount of salted water to a boil.
Pour in the pasta and cook until al dente.

. Carefully drain the pasta.
Add to the butter-garlic-lemon mixture.

. In a frying pan, sauté the garlic + butter without browning it.

. Add the parsley + lemon zest and juice + pasta to the frying pan.
Add half of the Parmesan.
Sauté everything for 1 minute in the frying pan.

. Serve immediately with the remaining Parmesan.
